Lauryn Radomski
Lauryn is a 2026 graduate of Cuba Rushford Central School in Cuba, NY. She was nominated by TANYS member Paul Nelson.
Lauryn has performed both onstage and backstage with Cuba-Rushford Drama Club, Portville Central School, Starlight Theatre, Palmer Opera House and Olean Community Theatre. She earned a TANYS Merit Award for Puppeteering for the Palmer Opera House production of Little Shop of Horrors. Lauryn has also competed in vocal performance with the Allegany County Schools Music Association and Cuba Rushford school choirs.
Lauryn is "not only talented, but dedicated and disciplined in her approach to her theatrical work," said Paul Nelson, who directed her in a production of All I Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten. "I was repeatedly impressed with her growth, insight and willingness to take risks throughout the process."
Lauryn will be attending Nazareth University in the fall, studying Theatre Arts.

Dahlia LaBrake
Dahlia is a 2026 graduate of Indian River High School in Philadelphia, NY. She was nominated by TANYS member Kristie L. Farr.
At Indian River, Dahlia has performed in many lead roles and serves as President of the Thespian Troupe. She was recognized for her scene acting at the NYS One Act Competition, has earned multiple TANYS Merit Awards for Acting, and won an Adjudicators’ Performance Award as Titania/Elizabeth in Indian River's production of Fairycakes at the 2024 TANYS Festival.
"Dahlia possesses a drive that is unparalleled among high schoolers," said her theatre teacher Kristie Farr. "Her ability to synthesize complex character analysis into believable, moving performances is extraordinary." Dahlia's aptitude for directing shone when she was selected to collaborate with playwright John Cariani at the NYSTEA Student Theatre Conference.
Dahlia will be attending the University at Buffalo in the fall, studying Theatre.
